  Firstly,I was impressed with the general finish, quality of fixtures/fittings and attention to detail of the property. Secondly the fact that the builders are a small family business and therefore are more reliant on building a sound and good reputation for the product they build.
  
  I have found minor works that needed to be looked at including worktops to the kitchen, all have been rectified without question, with Waters Homes very willing to resolve any matter that I have brought to their attention.
  
  I am very pleased with the house and service I have received from Waters Homes and have no problem in recommending them to friends and family.

• I have great pleasure in praising Waters Homes Ltd.
  
  I was introduced to Damian and Dominic via a mutual friend and found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After considering a number of options, I decided to build a pair of three storey, 4 bedroom semi's.
  
  Once under construction, Waters Homes Ltd took care of everything, only consulting on issues of choices in regards to fixture and fittings. This was an ideal situation for me as I was particularly busy with other things at the time. The project was completed on time and to the agreed budget. Upon completion, the property was let out to tenants, approximately 4 months later, there was a problem with the drains and after notifying Waters Homes, it was rectified immediately and without any fuss or drama.
  
  I would certainly recommend Waters Homes to family and friends and have recently done so, on a possible future joint venture.
  
  I wish Waters Homes Ltd a prosperous future and I think that with the way they treat their clients, I feel it is assured.

  I purchased my house from Waters Homes in May 2007, from the outset I was impressed by the quality of workmanship, the fittings of the property and the layout, which had clearly been given a great deal of thought. I found the time spent with Dominic going through the operation of the boiler, cooker etc, informative and helpful and was assured of further help should I need it.
  
  I also thought that the information provided on the area, such as schools, doctors surgeries, libraries etc. was useful to anyone not familiar to the area.
  
  On the occasions I have contacted Dominic or Damian with a problem they have responded quickly, been respectful and pleasant, and solved the problem as soon as possible with a promise of further help if necessary. It was their kind disposition that gave me the confidence to contact them when needed to.
  
  Overall I have been completely satisfied with the service that I have received from Waters Homes and have had no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

• >!--1.On the whole the apartment is very well built and 2 years down the road, I am still very happy with it.
  
  Damian and Dominic have a set of keys to the apartment and if there are any issues then I call them, they say it will be sorted, give me a courtesy call when the works is to be done, do it, leave the place neat and tidy and I don’t even know they have been.
  
  I have recommended and would further recommend, on the basis of this apartment, any of the building works these guys undertake. They have an attention to detail and build quality that is very rarely seen today and it was for this reason that I bought the apartment. Indeed friends and family that have visited, are as equally impressed – some would say a little envious!--<

• In recent years I have purchased two properties from Waters Homes and I have been very pleased with the outcome.
  
  As I rent the properties, I never really have any dealings with the day to day running, however I did have some problems with cracks to the plaster finish and it was rectified within days to a perfect finish.
  
  So, all things considered I am extremely happy with both of my Waters Homes properties
