Because of this we like you to be as involved in the design of your new home as is possible, after all it is you that has to live there, not us.
From the minute you make your reservation the home is in essence yours, and at this stage we will discuss the options available to you so that to a large degree the house is built to your specifications. Choose your paint, choose your carpets, make sure the kitchen is to your liking; we want the moving in process to be one of a gradual and satisfying realisation of your dream home, not a sudden and stressful move into a white box.
